Our project pricing starts at $400. This price includes an in-home floor assessment and 4 different squeaky floor spots (each spot 1 x 1 sq. ft.) and/or squeaky stair steps (1 stair step counts as 1 spot). After 4 spots, each additional squeaky spot or stair step will cost an $50.
For example:
6 squeaky spots on the floor + 2 squeaky stair steps = 8 spots
First 4 spots = $400
Extra 4 spots = $50 x 4 = $200
Total price: $400 + $200 = $600
If your house has a lot of squeaky spots then we will offer you a discount. We will put in our best efforts to fix your squeaky spot (floor/stair steps) at a reasonable and affordable price.
Due to the complexity of fixing squeaky noise on tiles floor, bubble floors and Berber carpet and noise from inside the drywall have extra charges.
We serve anywhere in Ontario but if your home locates in the following area requires a reasonable surcharge depending on the distance from Richmond hill. Ex. Ajax $50 , Hamiton $150

Phone or video conference assessment is Free. An in-home assessment is covered by the project price, if you do not go forward with the project then we will charge $50 to cover our expert's advice, travel, and time.
